1. Data controller

Korben LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming (United States), 412 N Main St Ste 100, Buffalo, WY 82834, United States, which operates the innerkind brand and the website myinnerkind.com. Contact for any question about your data: clara@myinnerkind.com.

2. Data collected

• Orders: surname, first name, email address, country, products purchased, amount, order history.
• Payment: processed directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your card numbers.
• Contact: the information you send us by email or through the contact form.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Browsing: technical data and cookies (see section 7).

We do not collect any health data. What you write in your workbooks stays with you: we have no access to it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Processing your order, delivering your files and handling customer service: performance of the contract.
• Meeting our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
• Sending you our newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
• Suggesting similar products after a purchase: legitimate interest, and you can object at any time.
• Measuring audience and improving the website, measuring the effectiveness of our advertising: your consent (cookies).

4. Recipients

Your data is reserved for innerkind and its technical service providers, who act on our instructions: hosting and shop (Shopify), payment (PayPal and our card payment provider), email delivery and, if you consent, audience measurement and advertising tools (for example Meta). We never sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

As Korben LLC is established in the United States, your data is processed in the United States, as well as by some service providers located outside the European Union (for example in Canada). These transfers are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention periods

• Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Customer data for sending offers: 3 years after the last purchase or last contact.
• Newsletter sign-up: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookies: 13 months maximum.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies needed for it to work (basket, security) and, with your consent, audience measurement and advertising cookies. You can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to it after your death. To exercise these rights, write to clara@myinnerkind.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data: encrypted connection, restricted access, recognised service providers.
