30-day money-back guarantee

We want your workbooks to genuinely help you. If one of them isn't right for you, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

How does it work?

1. Write to Clara from the innerkind team at clara@myinnerkind.com.
2. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
3. We confirm your request and start the refund.

Refund timing and method

The refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after your request is accepted. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear in your account.

What the guarantee covers

• Each workbook bought separately.
• Full Access, refunded as a whole.

Free bonuses follow the product they come with. After a refund, the user licence ends: please delete the files concerned.

Faulty file

A file that won't open, is incomplete, or a link that doesn't work? Write to us: we'll send you a working file or refund you, at any time, under the legal guarantee of conformity.

What about the right of withdrawal?

As our workbooks are digital content supplied immediately, you waive your legal 14-day right of withdrawal when you place your order (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), see our Terms of Sale). Our 30-day guarantee still applies: it is a commercial commitment on our part.
